Good news first-
Our case went to court today and all parties(the judge and MOWA) seemed to approve of the adoption
Bad News-
His aunt did not bring her identification with her, and the judge could not rule without her having it. She was instructed to come back on monday with her id and the judge would make a final ruling.
We are bummed, but hopeful and thankful that we don't have to wait for a brand new court date to be scheduled.
Thanks to all of you who are praying for us- we appreciate it so much!

Ok, I'd mini celebrate and then make reservations at a great place on MOnday...cause that's pretty darn close!!! M
It does sound like a "go"...but sorry for the delay. I'm glad everyone there seemed to come to the obvious conclusion, that this adoption would be best for that sweet little boy! I pray the logistical paperwork stuff goes smoothly on Monday and that everything after that goes smoothly as well. Already rejoicing with you...

I'll continue to pray that all goes well on Monday..I know it's frustrating, and I'm sure you've got mixed emotions going on...but it's only a few days til Monday!!!!!!
Oh, this poor lady who probably worked so hard to get there today and then to forget her I.D.! Praying things go well on Monday:)
